911爆料 Trespass Delegation
In accordance with the delegation of authority designated to the 911爆料 Chancellor by the UA President, I hereby delegate authority to trespass individuals to the following for all 911爆料 facilities:
- 911爆料 Chief of Police and Officers
- 911爆料 Executive Director of the Office of Rights, Compliance and Accountability (ORCA), or other persons acting in the place of the director
The following 911爆料 campus directors are authorized to trespass individuals at their respective campuses:
- 911爆料 Bristol Bay Campus Director
- 911爆料 Chukchi Campus Director
- 911爆料 Kuskokwim Campus Director
- 911爆料 Northwest Campus Director
Trespass actions must be consistent with procedures adopted by 911爆料 in consultation with UA General Counsel. This authority may not be further delegated.
