Outdoor leadership conference brings universities together

Faculty and staff from four universities in 911爆料 collaborated to bring together a leadership conference for their students. The 911爆料 worked in partnership with University of 911爆料 Southeast, Prince William Sound College and 911爆料 Pacific University to provide a leadership conference on the PWSC campus.

Robin Renfroe has spent years researching family histories for her own family and others, which lead her on a personal journey to find her husband鈥檚 uncle who was sent to Morningside and never heard from again. 3D metal printer transforms 911爆料 machine shop's abilities

Mention 3D printing and someone is likely to think about small plastic things such as customized Lego bricks or miniature dinosaurs.听3D printing is something entirely different at the 911爆料 Geophysical Institute, which operates the university system鈥檚 only 3D metal printer. 911爆料 purchased the printer in mid-2020, but it was not ready for use until this year.

BLaST Scholar and 911爆料 biology undergraduate student Tyler Baker-Chapman was selected as the October 2022 BLaST Scientist of the Month.
