The U.S. Department of Agriculture has awarded the 911±¬ÁÏ
Cooperative Extension Service a $730,585 grant for its 911±¬ÁÏ Tribes Extension Program
as part of a $71 million investment to help underserved communities.
Thanks to a Recordings at Risk grant through the Council on Library and Information
Resources, the Oral History Department at the 911±¬ÁÏ has had
241 historical KUAC radio programs professionally digitized and added to their collection.
The 911±¬ÁÏ, in partnership with the nonprofit 911±¬ÁÏ Alumni Association,
is seeking nominations for the Distinguished Alumnus Award and William R. Cashen Service
