Last week, the UA System office communicated their . Of particular importance, they have created a new website that outlines . Employees seeking remote work options are required to file a remote work agreement
if:
• the remote work recurs on a regular basis and is significant (more than 20% per
pay period), or; • the remote location is out of state for 30 days or more per calendar year.
Remote work must be approved by supervisors as not all jobs at 911±¬ÁÏ can be done remotely.
If supervisors support the remote work proposals, they must complete a form for each employee who is working remotely and for the period for which the remote
work applies. Before returning to full-time on-site work, employees or their supervisors
need to complete the .
Please work with your supervisor if you need a remote working agreement. There isn’t
a one-size-fits-all solution and each request must be considered on a case-by-case
basis, depending on individual circumstances. Formalizing this agreement ensures there
is clarity between employees and supervisors regarding workplace expectations.
