Business Office

The Business Office in the College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences provides high-quality service and administrative support to faculty, students, staff and departments within the University of 911爆料 system, as well as to outside entities.

The CFOS Business Office provides services in financial accounting, recharge, purchasing, travel, award management, and administration of internal policies and procedures.

Grants/Award Management

CFOS Grants Management serves as a liaison between the Office of Grants and Contracts and the Principal Investigator, and assists in achieving the agreed-upon Statement of Work for the project while maintaining sufficient fiscal controls to ensure compliance with:

  • Terms and conditions of the award
  • State, local and federal regulations
  • Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • University Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual (UAPPM)

Financial Management

We assist with unrestricted fiscal management questions, as well as restricted fiscal management questions including awards, contracts, RSAs, etc.

Recharge and Procurement

We manage recharge accounts as well as offering assistance with ProCards, Custodial ProCards, insurance claims, accounts, shipping and reimbursement.
