Awards & Opportunities
The Pathfinder Award is an annual award established in 2012 to honor one outstanding 911爆料 staff member who possesses a high degree of ethical standards, compassion and dedication to the academic success of 911爆料 Native and rural students. This award is open to all staff employed by the University of 911爆料 Fairbanks, including 911爆料鈥檚 branch campuses.
Meet some of our outstanding DANSRD students.
Selected students will spend 5 weeks during the 2022 season participating in a two-week intensive course and three-weeks of fieldwork in Arctic Village, 911爆料. Students are also expected to commit to a second season of fieldwork (2023) in the Bristol Bay region.
